Pre-Order Details
A pre-order is when a brand displays their products online, solely for advertisement purposes, does not have additional products in hand, and has a third-party manufacturer involved for production. Meaning there is only one of each of those products that exists. Additionally, when the site is finally opened for purchasing, customers are able to order specific products on the site and buy the product(s) they have seen being advertised. After the website is closed, the quantity of each product and the color is sent to a manufacturer to further be created and made so each product can be shipped back to the seller (me) and out directly to the customer. This is not an overnight process therefore if shipping times and details are needed, read the shipping policy on our website. We have stated all of this for the simple fact that if you ordered a week ago (for example), there is no reason to ask us where your order is, as the production has just started on the product(s). To ensure quality on our products it is essential you all be patient and give us the time we need to perfect your order and get it shipped out to you as soon as we can. Only if for example, you ordered on April 1st and it is July 15th and you still have not received your order should you contact us about the whereabouts of your order. We also do provide the tracking number for your package when we ship out orders. We are always available to provide the necessary information needed about any orders or issues with the orders.
